Word count tonight—a net gain of 367 words. The revision of last night’s words took more time than I’d anticipated, and left me tossing a fair amount of what I wrote then.
I’m happy with a net gain of 367. I’m not used to late nights; writing in the dark has its challenging moments.

Thank you for that post. You, a master of your craft, persevere towards your goal, day by day, no matter the word count, you aren’t getting depressed, and prove what Lillith Saintcrow says that writing is a process not a finished product.
This gives me motivation too.
