   I notice there are zero comments regarding this story; has nobody read it?

   Anyhow -I- enjoyed it, Holly; thanks for sharing. I love how he terminates the “official version” and then writes so comfortably about how he got published; especially how his book “wasn’t there”, hah, that got me.
