Unplanned days off

Yesterday I did not write, though I did think about writing, in that guilty “God-I-didn’t-plan-this-day-off” way that doesn’t actually do much good. Family day, going over to my in-laws to put up Christmas lights and eat a wonderful dinner. I hate feeling guilty about not working on days like that, but I do. Especially with the deadline being so brutal and the workload so huge.

So today’s plan:

  • 2500 words on The Wreck of Heaven
  • 1000 words or better on the proposal for Talyn, but only after the must-do words are done.

And focus on enjoying the work, and not worrying about everything else.
