You have to be kidding me. We’re under a tornado watch and a thunderstorm watch, we have thunder AND lightning, and the power around here goes out if the gerbil on his treadmill at the power company farts.
If you suddenly don’t hear from me, I’m sitting here in the dark saying every bad word I know, waiting for the power to come back on.
Today. It had to do this today.
Was too busy to notice the weather until the house shook.
Just saw this now, and am laughing— we went through this in mid-January, and I’m in freaking OREGON. North-central Oregon, of all places. I can’t remember there EVER being a tornado watch where I live before, it was totally insane, and in January, of all months? And we’re having lots of thunderstorms lately- nice, earlier spring that we haven’t had in a couple decades, just bizarre.
Ridiculous weather. I protest. 😀
It was a pain in the ass, and we lost power a couple of times briefly, and the Internet went out for a while. And the rain was insane. But, hey. Welcome to spring in the South.
Uh, huh. I delayed heading out to work this morning while the tornado warning passed us. Rain so heavy I couldn’t really see across the street. Dog and cat in shelter while I watched to see what would happen. OK here. Hope you are too.
