Most of the next 40,000 or so words of story have to be tossed completely and rewritten. There may be small sections that I can salvage, but mostly, no. Mostly, everything goes sailing out the window.
So look for wordcount bumps in the 2000-3000 range for the next thirteen to twenty-something days. No more flying.
