The days you don’t expect

I’m awake, have been awake all but two hours of the last twenty-four, and won’t have an opportunity to sleep until 7 pm tonight. These things happen. Close family on Matt’s side ended up in the hospital tonight, an unexpected health problem in someone in his twenties, and sleep isn’t an issue right now. I’ll be around on the site a bit later today — I don’t want to miss the Cato-Burning — but I’m not going to be around long, I don’t imagine.

Writing? I’ll do what I can. Right now, I’m too tense and too tired. I tried, but there aren’t any great words in me. Not for fiction.

Hang in, Holly. You’re in my thoughts.
