You’ll hear from me when I’ve put a new book or course into the the shop, when I upgrade a product, or when I have a sale or other promotion. At most, that’ll be once a month. I sometimes fall behind, though, so you may not hear anything for months.
If you run into problems with your Writing Shop products, create a ticket in Student Support, and I’ll respond myself, Monday through Friday and as quickly as I can get to your issue. (I check Support twice a day on weekdays.)
