Starting point today, 52,541. Acceptable stop point, 55,541. However, I’m going to be running with Jean this morning, and if we have another good running day, I’ll go past that. No set goal beyond the 3000 words for the day, but it will be fun to see what happens.
My hero and heroine ought to be meeting in the flesh for the first time today. They’ve had contact via magic since the first chapter, and have been racing toward each other and this meeting since page one. However, by this point they’ve had opportunity to build each other up in their minds — to have expectations and fears and all the other things you have when you meet someone you know is going to be important to you for the first time. I have a vague clue of how this is going to go — nothing more than that.
Today should be an interesting writing day.
