Copyeditors can make your life easy, or really hard. This is one smooth copyeditor; so far, this has been one of the least stressful copyedits I’ve ever done. Got to page 154 yesterday, and that was with every-five-minute interruptions from family and cats and everydamnthing.
Starting back on the proposal first thing this morning; original writing works best for me when I’ve just woken up. Critical stuff is more suitable later in the day. I’d like to finish the proposal this morning.
