Working in the part of the story that required massive revisions to keep from blowing the case.

My protagonists are now studying a Hawaiian shirt in a grainy photograph, and realizing with a sick feeling that they’re pretty sure they know who’s wearing it.

I passed the half-way point at some time this morning. Manuscript currently has 402 total pages, though it has been as high as 415 today. A lot of cutting, a lot of adding. Either way, though, at the moment I’m more than halfway done with the type-in.
