The President has taken responsibility for his part in the Katrina screw-ups. For appointing someone to FEMA who had no business doing that job, he carries a significant amount of blame. Now let’s see if New Orleans’ mayor and Louisiana’s governor, both of whom share a considerably bigger portion of the blame, will also take responsibility for their parts.
Me, I’m betting they won’t. But that’s just me.
