It’s a very fine story — I like it a lot.
And I want to use her book description as a cover quote on the paperback edition, dammit.
“It’s about war, pain, angst, torture, love, sex, lust, want, ache, need, desire, honor, truth, courage, and insanity! It’s really good!” — Anna Genoese, who edited this book.
good,but…

I just finished the book this morning and I must say that it is a killer read. I’ve been trying to save the money to get it, but I figured if my husband can go and spend money messing with his gun collection, I could splurge the money to pick up this book. I wasn’t disappointed either. A favorite for this year, and I am going to recommend it to as many people as possible.
Great story. I read it from Jean’s blog this morning. I hope they let you use the quote. It’s a great quote. And Talyn is still the best book I’ve read this year. Tammy’s Threads of Malice is a hairsbreadth second place. 🙂
Jean sent me the link. Otherwise, since I haven’t been reading blogs much, I would have missed it for ages.
I saw her story first thing this morning. I was hoping you’d found your way to it as well. 🙂
That’s a great quote!
