Just a quick update on my son and MEPS before I get to the actual work of the day.
He took the Linguistics exam with six other young men. All seven, he said, were utterly convinced that they failed it. He’ll hear today, but I imagine he’s right. You generally know when you toast a test.
So I’m wrapping my mind around the other possibilities, and acknowledging that, if worst comes to worst (and this is entirly from my perspective, because he is excited about all four of his remaining choices), my son is the most painstaking, meticulous person on the planet. If he ends up in EOD, he’ll be damn good at it.
