I may need to be offline longer than that.
Dan is covering the help desk for me until I can get back.
This is unlikely to be time where I’ll be getting any productive work done, so everything just got delayed.
I’ll update you when I am once again online.
Take care of yourself first. As in airplanes, if you do not put yourself first, those who depend on you simply won’t make it.
That’s actually the exact paradigm I use. 😀 The Airplane Model of Survival
Take care Holly. Best wishes for a quick recovery.
I’ll send prayers, good wishes, healing spells, etc.! I’m in a similar situation and I know the toll work takes on your health and your ill health takes on your work. No one of value would think less of you or be truly upset by delay from illness. Be well. We’ll wait.
Uggh, health issues take everything and turn your life upside down. Pare away, and adapt. No one rational takes to writing as a get rich quick scheme, so we’re all in it for the long haul with you. Take care and schedule down time for yourself.
Sorry to hear that you are ill and hope you are well soon.
Having just been through the 18month trauma of breast cancer (diagnosis, surgery, chemo and then recovering “me” from the brainlessness of chemo brain), I feel deeply for you having to plunge into dealing with a medical issue and put the rest of your life on hold. Medical science is making great life-saving advances. And we are all with you, wishing you well, hoping that the rest of this medical detour will be gentle on you and have profound value as well as a brilliant outcome: as a writer you know all the bad stuff is grist for the next story. Hugs and best wishes
Thanks to everyone who posted good wishes. I am very grateful, and also grateful that the outcome was much, much better than I’d dared to hope.
We thank God for taking care of you.
So glad it was not cancer.
Lynda M.
Glad to hear good news about the outcome and hope you are feeling better.
I hope you’re feeling better soon! Take as long as you need; we’ll wait. 🙂
I hope you get better very soon!
I hope all is well, but I agree with the others – health (yours and those close to you) takes precedence.
Take the effort to rest, look after yourself. You can’t give to us if you don’t give to yourself first. Sending healing your way.
I’m sorry to hear that, Holly. Think about getting better and being well. Concentrate on yourself and don’t work too hard. At the end of the day your health is the most important thing you can have. We love you and we’ll wait. Sending you good thoughts…
Cheryl
Oh, no. Hope it’s over and done with soon. Medical stuff is rarely fun.
Hope you feel better soon. Take care.
Medical stuff should always take precedence! Sending the good thoughts your way and hope everything resolves soon!
Hi Holly
Just to add my best wishes along with everyone else.
take care.
Sarie
Sorry to hear this. *sending hugs* Thinking of you!
Take care and get well soon.
You need to care for yourself and family first, Holly. No guilt, no explanations. That’s just how it is. Sending positive thoughts your way for a speedy recovery and energizing healthy return.
Health must come first always, as I am also in the middle of re-learning. All the best for your recovery.
I hope you’ll get well soon, Holly. Take it easy.
Wishing you a strong recovery.
Get better soon. Love MC
Life, as they say, intervenes, which is why we get such a kick out of our DayTimers. 😉 I hope you and your loved ones are back on your roller skates PDQ!– :)TX
Absolutely what everyone else has said!
Take care of yourself.
Best wishes for a complete and speedy recovery!
Dear Holly,
Take care of yourself and do not start working too early, plese give yourself all the time off you need. We will survive. Send you good healing energy
Take care of yourself first, Holly, and don’t worry about anything else. There’s nothing that won’t keep until you get back. Sending healthy thoughts your way.
Oh, and Dan was a bit confused by the tickets you’d asked the RMW beta testers to submit. I emailed him back letting him know what that was going on with all those (seemingly nonsensical) tickets he was getting and told him you’d probably deal with that particular issue when you were feeling better.
Thanks.
I’m back, and that’s where I’m heading in a minute.
Take care of you! Hope it isn’t anything serious! <3
I second and third and hundreth. Take care of yourself first. This seems to be the season for it.
Take care of you first. We will wait and work on other things you have given us to fill our time. Rest and do whatever is necessary to get back on your feet.
Get yourself better first. We’ll all be here when you’re ready.
I hope things get better very soon. As others have said, take care of yourself. Stay positive. Looking forward to your return.
Hugs, Holly. Wishing everyone involved a speedy recovery.
Oh no! Take care of yourself, and be well.
Wishing you well!
I hope you feel better soon.
Hope it’s nothing too serious! Take care of yourself!
Get well soon–or in as much time as you need. **sends home remedy of dubious medical value and lots of good wishes**
Take care of yourself and be well.
I’m sorry to hear that! I’ll be thinking of you!!!!!
