Holly, you are a lifesaver! I’m working over Chapter 1 of my current wip for the umpteenth time. Your video and download (7 Steps . . . ) were just what I needed to ‘see’ the structure underneath my opening. Sha-zamm! She’s on a sinking ship! Her first words: “Don’t push me!” Inner dialogue: “Ah, Mac, you told me not to follow you.” And so the intro is yet a little tighter. Thank YOU!

Unfortunately I also received an error msg when trying to download “Beat-Page-One-Rejection”, in both Chrome and FireFox browsers:
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. … Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to …: The file (on the server) containing your download couldn’t be opened.”
I didn’t want to muck up this site w/ a tech problem, but couldn’t find a site admin link!
I liked the video (and also your voice!).
When I tried to download I got the same error as Ruth Clark.

Hi Holly, when I clicked on the confirmation link in my email, it brought me to a page that said, “Welcome! Your Special report is here.
. . .
Error! You are not logged in as a member. Only logged in members can use this option!”
Holly, I enjoyed the video. You have an awesome “read-aloud-voice” which my 5th grade teacher said that I had. “One more time with expression,” she used to say.
My purpose for coming to the blog is to let you know that I watched the video, then tried to access the download. The download button returned this error:
Error! Message: Cannot open /var/www/html/ho/howtothinksideways.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Holly-Lisle-SPECIAL-REPORT-7-Steps-To-Beating-Page-One-Rejections.pdf ! Error Code: 1
