This is the original painting, without any of the cover graphics added yet. Notice the beautiful detailing on the bricks, the shadows on the wall, and cool extras like the gem-like quality of the lenses in Glibspet’s glasses and the heart around the dog’s neck. Again, as is typical with Caldwell, the details mesh perfectly with what was written in the book.
