58,561 — I did an extra paragraph after Jean and I quit just so I could pass the 6,000 word mark. (Exact count, 6020 words.) My eyes held up, though my wrists started bitching once and I had to lean on them.
Jean and I both put down big word counts. And it was fun. Have to see if I can maintain focus tomorrow the way I did today. As it is, I’ve banked one day off against future need.
