This morning I’m starting into the rewrites by putting together a new line-per-scene for the book. I’ve also revised the progress bar to reflect the fact that every word of the book is going to have to have a major going over, with about 50,000 of the words having to be brand new, to replace a ripped-out middle section.
I am, however, very happy to be back to work in a way that doesn’t feel like spinning my wheels.
