Even with a late start on the writing, I got just a smidge under 8000 words edited, including the first of the new interstitials. WHICH I kept under a page, thank you very much. If I can do that will all of them, they won’t add much to the word count overage at all. Add the extra thousand for the two-page synopsis, and that adds up to a nine-thousand-word day.
