Good Voodoo for LGD

After having been stuck on the answers to a couple of essential questions regarding the rewrite of LAST GIRL DANCING, I think I have the direction to take with the story.

Not sure, but the only way to find out is to start writing and see what happens. So this morning, I’ll be doing the LGD proposal again, starting from scratch, reading my notes and my editor’s, and seeing if I can turn the subconscious loose, let it just run through my fingers, and allow the part of me that doesn’t have any words to toss useful pictures at the part of me that does.

This is the part of the job that always feels a bit like voodoo to me. But good voodoo.
