Space heater on, cat on my shoulder, hot chocolate to my right. Printing LGD for a copy-edit and type-in — has to be completely finished and e-mailed to my editor on January 2nd.
I had a wonderful, relaxed vacation where, for the first few days I didn’t think about writing at all, and for the last few, I didn’t think of much but. I know some areas that I left thin in LAST GIRL DANCING that I’m heading in to repair, have figured out a much, much better opening, and some cool additional development for the ending.
I’m excited about the day ahead, and very glad to be back at work.
