In a first-thing-in-the-morning grumpy discussion about free time and deadlines and the holidays, no less. Holidays which I will be taking about five days off for, in spite of deadlines.
I’m going to be pushing hard for the next few days to get as much of this in the can as I can before the 23rd. Ideally, I’d like to have from the 27th through the 1st to just read over the manuscript and type in final edits and polish.
My goal today. Three thousand words or better. Two won’t do. Start point, 67,572 words.
