Creeping forward on Hawkspar

Got about a thousand more words on Hawkspar, though I’m still stalled on the same damned scene that has had me stymied for … well, since the last time I made good progress on this. I have to basically work three scenes into one, completely alter the timeline of the thing, switch the POV in half of it, and I’m not sure what to cut and what to keep, and I’m having problems with redundancies.

Anyway. Done for the day.

Matt saw another water moccasin in our back yard today. He was less than thrilled. I saw one in the front yard a week or so ago.

I’m not too damned thrilled either.

The Wal-Mart thing is interesting. I’m not a fan of Wal-Mart because they’re so deeply in bed with China. Be interesting to see what other wickedness they’re up to.

This has nothing to do with water moccasins (unless I’m implying Wal-Mart is a snake… hmm… ) but I thought you would like to see this: . Apparently, Wal-Mart doesn’t want this to hit the theaters.

Hmm. One for each foot. Sounds like time to make nice black moccasins for your feet. 🙂
