I’ve had to stop every three words to research — either to look things up from TALYN, or to peruse reference books or the Internet for sailing how-tos and jargon. It has been a miserable writing day, and I’ve managed barely a thousand words.
But I’m done. I’ve been working hard, I don’t have much to show for it, and my head feels like it’s about to explode. Time to walk away, and come at it fresh tomorrow.
