This was one of those shower thoughts specifically for writers:
When life hands you lemons, thank God and take good notes. In both New York and Hollywood, lemons outsell ice cream one hundred to one.

LOL-Excellent idea. Just a couple of weeks ago I put the following on the cork board above my computer, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a busted fan belt and a leaky tire.”
Makes for a much better story than the one step version. -
Funny. Lately my mantra has been “Life gives you lemons?Make some freaking amazing lemonade and then drink deep.” I see that you’re right, however. Writers should praise those lemons. Where else do plot and conflict inspirations come from?
