Today’s goal: 34,012. My heroine’s task for the day: Corrupt the incorruptible, help plan an escape from the never-escaped. During which time the one person who knows the whole escape plan dies, leaving my poor heroine carrying the ball. Meanwhile, my hero goes into debt with the wrong people to finance her rescue.
