A Couple More Good Twists of the Knife

I’m down to the last couple pages of the revised outline for Midnight Rain. Managed to save the boat — I really wanted to save the boat. And managed to do it while surprising myself with the way the story got there, which was fun. I think I can have the thing finished today, which would be wonderful. Revise tomorrow (and talk to the FBI to be sure I haven’t managed to be an idiot about a couple of my plot points), and if everything clears, send the thing off to Robin on Tuesday. It had a lot of strong elements before. It’s stronger and tighter and more grounded in reality now.

Three more pages and I’m done.
