1794 words, and excitement

I loved the way that scene went. It’s short — toward the end the pace picks up and scenes get faster and sharper. Things have gone from bad to worse for Lauren, and even in the moment that should have been her triumph, she sees everything she’s fought for ripped from her hands. She’s left not knowing if she succeeded or failed, and she’s under attack.

I like the way it came together. I’ll get back to this in a bit. Time for a little break.
