400+ Emails Behind

I am now, officially, 400+ real, genuine, “I need to write to these people” emails behind. It was with the weight of those offers of assistance, requests for help, questions about writing, and so on, that I read this post about the miracle of communication… and its costмебели.

And I understand. I damn near cried.

Ouch! I am merely sitting on about 15 e-mails. Since those 15 are already too many, I would dread having 400+ waiting to be answered…

I went ahead and added one onto the pile. :)

Technology is faster, more powerful, and is supposed to make life easier and save us time. But the fact is, we’re human and we can only go through life at a certain pace ourselves, doing what we can, and having to let go of the rest.

Speaking for myself, I’m amazed at the amount you do. There’s your website, your writing, your newsletters, the blog, your courses (I’ve got the latest on writing page-turning scenes and love it), and then spending time with your family and going about everyday life… I’m certain you make every moment count and do far more with your time than the rest of us.

Good luck with the emails. (Would having an assistant help with those?)
