Nine TALYN Winners

by Holly Lisle on October 13, 2005 · 6 comments

in Books, Talyn, WORLD OF KORRE

Sheila has all nine (yup, nine — when she saw how many people were entering, she bought the rest of the copies available locally) winners of the autographed TALYN giveaway listed on her website.

Congratulations to the winners. And thanks to Sheila, for doing such a cool thing.

I think it’s a testament to your talent and warmth when SO MANY people signed up. Congrats to you, too. {huggg}

I agree with Tam – it’s because of who you are, what you do and how you do it that so many people were hoping to win. I enjoy many author’s work and I admire them as well. But you, as silly as it seems, I feel like I have a personal connection with because you are so open and honest here on this blog. I don’t know that I would have bothered entering such a drawing for anyone else’s book. But this time I did and…OMG OMG OMG OMG I won a copy! This is way toooooo cool! Thanks for being who you are and for being willing to sign the books for Shelia.

All that, AND it’s a really good book, too.

Congrats to the winners. I didn’t win, but I want to say thanks anyway for signing the books for the winners. It made the giveaway pretty extra special. And I still think it’s the best book I’ve read so far this year. :)
