I hope all goes well with the surgery.

My brother-in-law isn’t quite so lucky (one of them; the other one is healthy). He recently had to undergo surgery too, he’s already lost a lung (doesn’t smoke, by the way)… Here’s hoping the surgery works well for your brother-in-law (or worked, as this entry is a fwe below the msot current).

Wow, Holly – your family has surely been through it … glad to hear there’s been some good news though.

I’ve just been working on basic editing of my first draft (punctuation, fixing areas that the speech recognition software screwed up, etc.).

After that, the heavy duty revisions begin.

Glad for the good news Holly!

I’m not writing anything these days, not even doing pre-writing, just plain old getting-by-trying-not-to-let-life-put-my-projects-on-hold-forever kinda thing. I’m not despairing though (thx to HTTS which helped me kill off VICTIM : there will come a time (soon I think) when I get back to writing…
I’m keeping up with Pocketful of words, and that is something… Good, reading about all you people making progress.

I am trudging along, doing my work, which is grading writing, pretty much. However, I wrote a new poem over the weekend, and that’s a good thing. I posted it on my Mysterious Night Vision Blog:
