I ordered my copy from amazon yesterday and thought it was cheap as well, but i put it down to the exchange rate. Are they offering dicounts? Cant wait to get it, the posted chapters really wet the appetite.

i forgot ICU was available in July, will be ordering my copy tomorrow from amazon.co.uk – it’s surprisingly cheap though and not at a usual RRP, is this because it’s amazon and not a bookshop?
